Dianne Shaw

OWNER - DIRECTOR

As a Owner / Director I drive the business strategy forward. Capitalising on current markets and developing new markets, building and nurturing client relationships throughout the UK.I specialise in Catering & Hospitality recruitment and Go above and beyond to recruit chefs, to provide a solution to their problems. I have just recently re branded in a Multi Sector Recruitment.

I like to think myself as an honest, approachable, professional and bubbly person. No matter what the challenge are, I will always go out of my way to help you with any issue.

MY BACKGROUND

Qualified Chef of 20 years then in 2010 I launched Cater Shaw recruitment, a specialist in Catering & Hospitality Recruitment working with some of the best chefs this country has to offer. I have always been a goal driven person so Recruitment is a very good fit for me. In 2020 Cater Shaw was heavily affected by covid so when a Kent based company offered me an opportunity to set up a Driving Division for a Kent based Training & Recruitment Business I jumped at the chance, after 3 roller coaster years in a different sector I have finally returned back to Cater Shaw albeit in a Multi Sector Recruitment – it’s great to be back.

MY OUT OF HOURS

When am not working or being a mum or a wife am generally cooking in the kitchen or walking my dog Brodi.
