As the Owner and Director, I push our business strategy forward by tapping into current markets and scouting new ones. I focus on building solid relationships with clients across the UK and specialize in catering and hospitality recruitment. I make it a point to go the extra mile in finding top chefs and providing solutions to their needs. I’ve recently rebranded to embrace a multi-sector recruitment vibe.

With 20 years as a chef, I started Cater Shaw Recruitment back in 2010, working with some of the country’s best chefs. Being goal-driven suits me well in recruitment. When COVID-19 hit, I took the chance to set up a driving division for a Kent-based training and recruitment company. After a few eventful years and a few stnbles along the way, I’m thrilled to be back at Cater Shaw, within an industry that I know and love well.
