CV Screening – comes as standard with all campaigns – we will filter all applications and send you a targeted shortlist so you only get a choice of top candidates.

Telephone Interviews – Stage 2. (Including the services in Stage 1) Cater-Shaw can carry out telephone interviews with potential clients on your behalf. Candidates will be asked a series of  competency-based questions specific to your role, and a detailed report of the results will be sent, enabling you to find and select the most suitable candidate.
