We are looking for Chefs at Chef De Partie level who can run there own sections with the assistant from a junior member of staff
This business is a street food concept which operates at a fast pace, you must be able to think on your feet.
This operation is open 7 days a week so you must be prepared to be flexible ( this role is not for a chef who wants to work 9-5 Mon to Fri ).
This position would suit a chef with Middle Eastern Cuisine experience
