Salary 45k per annum
Mon to Sun ( 5 over 7 ) days 
Days Nights Weekends

Guests can experience 13 different cuisines made up of new brands with 24,000 square foot of space offering a modern approach to dining, houses a 500-cover food hall, two bars, three restaurants and a private dining room, all set in the buzzing atmosphere which is set to be one of the biggest openings of the year in the London food scene 

• We are looking for Chef at Sous Chef level who can lead a large brigade of chefs nurturing and mentoring junior members of the team.
• This role will also have an elements of administration ( paperwork) duties involved  
• This business is a street food concept which operates at a fast pace, you must be able to think on your feet.
• This operation is open 7 days a week so you must be prepared to be flexible ( this role is not for a chef who wants to work 9-5 Mon to Fri ).
• This position would suit a chef with restaurant Middle Eastern Cuisine experience.
